Warrior smoked salmon tacos with 3 sisters salad

Ingredients
  • ½ cup diced zucchini
  • ¾ cup corn
  • ½ cup red or black beans
  • 1 grey shallot, chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Spices Traditional Blend by Les Épices du Guerrier
  • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. La Scorbut Hot Sauce by Les Épices du Guerrier
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp. Sumac vinegar powder (or regular sumac, or ½ lemon juice)
  • 100 g Warrior smoked salmon
  • 6 Naans bread (4-5 inches)
  • 1 tbsp. snipped chives
  • ½ lemon (juice)

Warrior smoked salmon tacos with 3 sisters salad

Preparation

  • 3 Sisters Salad
    Mix all ingredients for the 3 sisters salad in a bowl (zucchini, corn, beans, shallots, spices, mayonnaise, hot sauce).
  • Fresh sumac cream
    In a second bowl, combine the crème fraîche and sumac.
  • Tacos
    Reheat Naans in a frying pan over medium heat, about 1 minute per side. On the hot Naans, add a little 3-sisters salad, 2 slices of Guerrier smoked salmon, 1 tbsp. crème fraîche and a pinch of chives. Finish by roughly squeezing half a lemon over the tacos, taking care to remove the seeds.
