3 Sisters Salad
Mix all ingredients for the 3 sisters salad in a bowl (zucchini, corn, beans, shallots, spices, mayonnaise, hot sauce).
Fresh sumac cream
In a second bowl, combine the crème fraîche and sumac.
Tacos
Reheat Naans in a frying pan over medium heat, about 1 minute per side.
On the hot Naans, add a little 3-sisters salad, 2 slices of Guerrier smoked salmon, 1 tbsp. crème fraîche and a pinch of chives.
Finish by roughly squeezing half a lemon over the tacos, taking care to remove the seeds.
