- 150 ml wihipping cream
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

WHIPPING CREAM
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Season with salt and pepper and add the fresh dill.ASSEMBLY
Place a spoonful of cream on each waffle and garnish with a slice of smoked salmon.
