100g Gravlax Grizzly style half-smoked Atlantic salmon
4 waffles
150 ml wihipping cream
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Preparation
WHIPPING CREAM
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Season with salt and pepper and add the fresh dill.
ASSEMBLY
Place a spoonful of cream on each waffle and garnish with a slice of smoked salmon.
