Ingredients
  • 100g Gravlax Grizzly style half-smoked Atlantic salmon
  • 4 waffles
  • 150 ml wihipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Gravlax salmon waffle

Preparation

  • WHIPPING CREAM
    In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Season with salt and pepper and add the fresh dill.
  • ASSEMBLY
    Place a spoonful of cream on each waffle and garnish with a slice of smoked salmon.
