Gourmet burgers

Wild sockeye salmon

An excellent alternative to meat. This gourmet burger is gluten-free. 20g of protein per burger.

  • Method of preparation

    Note : Do not defrost before cooking. Cooking times may vary from one appliance to another

    Frying pan
    Heat 1 tsp. oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Cook burger for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

    Barbecue
    Oil grill and preheat barbecue over medium heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

    Internal temperature should reach 74C (165F)

    Sockeye salmon, Water, Vegetable oil (sunflower), Tapioca starch, Sugar, Salt, Dehydrated carrots and oinions, Spices, dextrose Potato starch, Pea protein, Corn fiber, Garlic dehydrated, Sodium phosphate, Mfg aids (silicon dioxide, vegetable oil).
