Fumoir Grizzly is currently looking for a Project Coordinator, Administrative and Sales Support. The main role of this position will be to manage administrative projects. Projects will be related to sales, marketing and commercial management.
  • Responsibilities

    • Administrative management of projects: Follow up on progress of projects, manage administrative documents, prepare meetings and reports.
    • Coordination with marketing: Act as the main point of contact with our marketing specialist to implement actions and monitor campaigns.
    • Sales support: Assist the sales department in preparing sales documents, managing follow-up tools and coordinating with customers.
    • Internal communication: Ensure an effective link between teams and contribute to the smooth flow of information.
    • Priority management: Ensure that the priorities of each department are aligned and monitor the progress of projects.
    • Be available to participate in various business development events.
    • Perform all other related tasks.
  • Desired profile

    • 3 years' experience that has enabled you to acquire knowledge in project management;
    • Degree in business management, administration or consumer sciences;
    • Versatility and flexibility in the execution of assignments;
    • Autonomy and initiative;
    • Creativity;
    • Teamwork skills;
    • Ability to meet deadlines;
    • Ability to organize and adapt;
    • Proficiency in office automation tools;
