Innovation and Commercialization Manager

Fumoir Grizzly is currently seeking a Innovation and Commercialization Manager for its Aliotech division. Under the responsibility of the President, the main role of the person in this position will be to develop and coordinate innovative strategies to design, launch and market new products or services, while ensuring their success in the marketplace.
  • Responsibilities

    • Oversee the commercialization of antibacterial technological agents and bio-ingredients, including Bac M35;
    • Manage research projects involving the development of antibacterial technological agents;
    • Support intellectual property registration and licensing of innovations in various markets;
    • Participate in funding application processes to support innovation projects;
    • Lead and coordinate innovative activities and projects within the organization;
    • Promote the implementation of an innovation culture within the company;
    • Support our business partners in their research, development and innovation projects;
    • Participate in trade shows and fairs specializing in the agri-food sector;
    • Develop new markets for products and innovations;
    • Collaborate on research with internal and external partners.
  • Desired profile

    • PhD in biological sciences, specializing in microbiology or cell biology
    • Over 10 years' experience in the biotechnology sector (a major asset)
    • Over 10 years' experience in innovation project management
    • Field experience in bioactive ingredient development, marketing and commercial promotion
    • Expertise in scientific research and/or experimental development
    • Competence in innovation management
    • Experience in valorizing research results
    • Master of partnership development and collaborative strategies
