Our salmon (steelhead, sockeye, coho and Atlantic), rainbow trout, and other fish, are caught in an eco-friendly ways and are internationally certified.
Atlantic
Atlantic salmon flesh is firm on the surface, tender on the inside and a soft orange color. Its high fat content gives it an onctuously smooth taste with delicate nuances reminiscent of its ocean origins.
Coho
Coho salmon combines the colors of Atlantic and sockeye salmon. It has a soft texture and a well-balanced, velvety taste.
Smoked rainbow salmon
Rainbow salmon has a mild taste and tender flesh.
Sockeye
Sockeye salmon is distinguished by its firm flesh, bright red color and intense, full-bodied yet fine flavor.
Trout
The flesh of rainbow trout is creamy but firm, and its color is a radiant orange. Its taste is mild and delicate.
