    Do you like to be at the heart of the action? Are you looking for a human and dynamic work environment? We're looking for a sales representative to join our strong, enthusiastic and forward-thinking team. This position falls under the responsibility of the National Sales and Business Development Manager and will cover the Quebec territory.
  • Responsibilities

    Business development
    • Prospect for new customers as well as new opportunities with existing customers, in collaboration with the broker in the sectors assigned;
    • Maintains a competitive watch in its territory, staying on top of new developments, standards, trends and regulations;
    • Participate in promotional events and become involved in business communities to ensure the company's representation and visibility;
    • Visits various grocery stores to develop the brand within the banners;
    • Organize sampling sessions at various points of sale.
    Customer management
    • Schedules and documents follow-up meetings with our customers using the CRM tool;
    • Ensures marketing execution with the help of the broker;
    • Leads training and coaching sessions for our brokers;
    • Complaints management and follow-up
    Cooperation
    • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (retail, HRI and distributor);
    • Proposes changes to the Sales Manager to improve business development objectives;
    • Performs any other related tasks.
  • We are currently looking for

    Required qualifications
    • Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP) or equivalent training;
    • Have a valid driver's license and a car (travel expenses reimbursed).

    • Proficiency in Office Suite software.
    Assets :
    • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English;
    • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools;
    • Sales experience in the food industry.
