Coho Smoked Salmon Steak and Beer Caramel Sauce
Préparation:
- In a saucepan, add 500 ml of beer and 1 cup of brown sugar (medium heat)
- Heat until reduced to 2/3
- Cover bottom of metal plate with aluminum foil
- Lay salmon fillet
- Add beer caramel
- Broil 5-6 minutes
- Baste once or twice during cooking time
- Serve on lettuce of your choice
- As shown : Quinoa, kale, feta cheese, red grapes, olive oil
- Salt and pepper according to taste
