Coho Smoked Salmon Steak and Beer Caramel Sauce

Préparation:

  1. In a saucepan, add 500 ml of beer and 1 cup of brown sugar (medium heat)
  2. Heat until reduced to 2/3
  3. Cover bottom of metal plate with aluminum foil
  4. Lay salmon fillet
  5. Add beer caramel
  6. Broil 5-6 minutes
  7. Baste once or twice during cooking time
  8. Serve on lettuce of your choice
  9. As shown : Quinoa, kale, feta cheese, red grapes, olive oil
  10. Salt and pepper according to taste
