1. Thaw Tuna cubes
2.Mix liquid ingredients
3. Add ginger
4. Finely chop shallot
5. Add tuna cubes
6. Add solid ingredients
7. Serve

• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp oil
• ½ tsp red curry
• ½ tsp sesame oil

• A mixture of sesame seeds, puffed quinoa, sunflower seeds and chive
