Nachos

Préparation:

  1. On a metal plate, lay a first layer of chips
  2. Add tsatsiki and salsa. Adjust to taste
  3. Add second layer of chips
  4. Add grated cheese
  5. Add condiments (cucumber, avocado, red bell pepper, capers, onion)
  6. Bake in oven preheated at 375F
  7. Top nachos with smoked salmon
  8. Decorate with lettuce of your choice

  • Tostitos-style corn chips
  • Tsatsiki sauce
  • Salsa
  • Grated cheese of your choice
  • Red onion (40g)
  • Cucumber (40g)
  • Red bell pepper
  • Avocado (40g)
  • Capers (40g)
  • Try Grizzly smoked salmon (100g) with pastrami-style salmom
  • A lettuce of your choice
