Nachos
Préparation:
- On a metal plate, lay a first layer of chips
- Add tsatsiki and salsa. Adjust to taste
- Add second layer of chips
- Add grated cheese
- Add condiments (cucumber, avocado, red bell pepper, capers, onion)
- Bake in oven preheated at 375F
- Top nachos with smoked salmon
- Decorate with lettuce of your choice

- Cucumber (40g)

- Try Grizzly smoked salmon (100g) with pastrami-style salmom
- A lettuce of your choice
