Maki of Lemon-Pepper Smoked Trout

Préparation:
- Cover chopping board with plastic wrap
- Arrange trout slices lenghtwise
- Add ingredients as shown
- Roll firmly
- Remove plastic wrap, then slice in Makis
- Add spicy mayonnaise
