Préparation:

  1. Cover chopping board with plastic wrap
  2. Arrange trout slices lenghtwise
  3. Add ingredients as shown
  4. Roll firmly
  5. Remove plastic wrap, then slice in Makis
  6. Add spicy mayonnaise

  • Boston lettuce or spinach
  • Brie cheese
  • Mango
  • Pea sprouts
  • Panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
  • Maple smoked salmon candy
  • Spicy mayonnaise
