Préparation:

1. Mince the garlic
2. Cut celeriac with a mandolin
4. Cut apples into small thin slices
5. Cut smoked trout into small thin slices
6. Combine ingredients in a large bowl
7. Serve

• 4 cups celeriac
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp horseradish
• 2 tbsp 35 % cream
• 1 green apple
• 1 red apple
• 3 tbsp fresh terragon
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• 140 g smoked trout
