Celeriac Salad and Smoked Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients:

• 4 cups celeriac
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp horseradish
• 2 tbsp 35 % cream
• 2 oranges
• 140 g smoked wild sockeye salmon

Directions

1. Mince the garlic
2. Cut celeriac with a mandolin
3. Dice oranges
4. Cut smoked Sockeye Salmon into small thin slices
5. Combine ingredients in a large bowl
