Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Prosciutto

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cooked pasta (such as Fusili)
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup zucchini
• 1 French shallot
• 3 slices prosciutto
• 120 g Grizzly smokehouse smoked wild sockeye
• White wine
• ½ cup béchamel sauce
• ½ cup hollandaise sauce

Directions

1. Dice cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and prosciutto
2. Finely chop shallot
3. Cook pasta in a large pot
4. In a skillet sauté shallot, zucchini and prosciutto
5. Deglaze with white wine
6. Add cherry tomatoes
7. Gradually add pasta, béchamel sauce, hollandaise sauce
8. Finally add smoked sockeye salmon
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste
10. Serve
